Open Source Licensing
NeoKeeb projects use SPDX-standard open source licenses. Each project displays its specific license on its project page. Our default license for hardware designs is:

- ✓Print and build keyboards/macropads for yourself
- ✓Modify designs to suit your needs
- ✓Share your builds and modifications with the community
- ✓Commercial use allowed with attribution and share-alike
- !Modifications must be shared under the same license
- !You must retain copyright notices and license text when redistributing designs
Other Licenses
Some projects may use different licenses (MIT for software, CC-BY for documentation). Always check the specific project page for the applicable license. If no license is specified, CERN-OHL-S-2.0 applies by default.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years of age to use NeoKeeb. If you are under 18, you may only use the site and its designs with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using this website, subscribing to our newsletter, or downloading our designs, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We strongly encourage parental supervision for any electronics assembly, soldering, or 3D printing activities due to the inherent safety risks involved.
No Warranty
All designs, firmware, and documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
NeoKeeb is a hobby project. We make no guarantees about:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoKeeb and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the designs, website, or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
Changes to Terms

Commercial Licensing & Dual Licensing
While NeoKeeb projects are released under open-source licenses, we may also offer separate commercial licenses for specific projects, designs, or use cases.
A commercial license may be required if you wish to:

Commercial licenses are offered at our discretion and are subject to separate written agreements. Open-source availability does not obligate NeoKeeb to grant commercial rights. Nothing in these Terms or in any open-source license obligates NeoKeeb to provide a commercial license to any party.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of NeoKeeb shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
